Orphans

Every New Year, we share Love & Christmas Cheer with the children of several Orphanages throughout Mexico. We are privileged to distribute gifts that are provided by the many Supporters of the Nicolas Project.  

The Nicolas Project was our first mission outreach in Mexico. Children in orphanages usually have all of the necessities of life. They usually do not have many of the extras. We work with existing orphanages. Every Christmas our team personally brings each child a special, personal gift, that was purchased just for them. Something that they can call their own! We are truly “Loving Children Through Recreation”.

The Nicolas Project was founded in response to a personal tragedy that took place in the lives of Pastor D.G. Massad and his wife, Rhonda. Nicolas, the young child of a family they had been working closely with and ministered to, and had grown to love as their own, was caught up in an unfortunate accident, that took his life. After questioning God, they decided to turn this tragedy into triumph. They started a foundation that would bless other children in Nicolas’ memory.

We are currently working with two orphanages. One is in Cuernavaca, Morelos and the other is in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
